오래된 아파트 리모델링 프로젝트입니다.
보통의 아파트와 같은 형태에서 탈피하고자 천정을 노출시켜 기존의 낮았던 층고를 높이고, 공간마다 부분적 월을 만들어 하나로 뚫려있던 공간을 쓰임에 따라 나누면서 또 다른 기능을 부여하고자 했습니다. 따뜻한 톤의 포세린 타일로 화장실 전체를 감싸고, 베란다와 거실로 이어지는 샤시를 철거 후 높지 않은 레이어를 만들어 머무는 시간이 가장 긴 거실을 특별하고 아늑한 공간으로 연출했습니다.
 

This is a remodeling project for an old apartment. 

In order to veer away from looking like any old apartment, the ceiling was exposed to raise the height. Each area was given partial walls to divide up the open space into sections for different functions. The rest room is adorned with warm-toned porcelain tiles. 

The frame that led to the veranda from the living room was demolished, and a relatively lower layer was made to create a unique and cozy living room, where the occupants spend most of their time.
