Bar Namsan is a project that combines the heritage of a traditional British bar with a distinctly Korean sensibility.

While the overall spatial composition and detailing follow the language of classic British design, Korean elements are thoughtfully integrated throughout the space to express the brand's identity. In particular, a commissioned ink painting depicting Namsan Mountain and pine trees was incorporated behind the back bar, creating a focal point that connects the brand narrative with Korean cultural references. Careful consideration was given to the balance of materials, proportions, and details, allowing elements from different cultural backgrounds to coexist naturally within the space. The result is an environment where the traditions of British bar culture and contemporary Korean influences come together in a cohesive and refined way.
